Refund policy
Thirty days to try your download. If it isn’t right for you, request your money back and keep the file.
How long you have
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. You don’t need to explain why the book wasn’t right for you.
How to ask
Email support@italianwith.com from the address you used at checkout, or open the purchase through the link in your receipt and use the order’s help or refund option. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so the purchase can be found. You can also use the payment provider’s refund-request instructions.
What happens next
An approved refund is returned through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on that provider and your bank. A request made within the 30-day window stays eligible while it is processed.
You keep the download
You don’t need to delete or return files you already downloaded. You may keep using them for your own practice after a refund. The restrictions on reselling and publicly distributing them still apply.
If a file won’t open
You can ask for help through your order if a download is missing or a file won’t open. Trying technical support first is optional and doesn’t limit the guarantee or any rights provided by applicable law.
